Nita holds an Honours Bachelor of Science (Hon.B.Sc.) with a Specialist in Biochemistry and a Minor in Chemistry from the University of Toronto. She also holds a Master’s of Science (M.Sc.) from the Department of Immunology, also from the University of Toronto. Nita is the recipient of numerous awards and scholarships, including the Victoria College Charles Earl Auger Entrance Scholarship, Canada Scholarship, Lillian Massey Treble Gold Medal (awarded to the student with the highest graduating GPA in Life Sciences), and the University of Toronto SGS Open Scholarship.

Nita’s research interests were in the area of molecular genetics and immunology, where her work resulted in a number of papers published with Dr. Robert Phillips, founding president of the Ontario Cancer Research Network, and Sean Egan in the Hospital for Sick Children Developmental and Stem Cell Biology Research Institute. Nita Singh was also a Lucent Fellow at the Ontario Science Centre with the OSCLUB2000, which brought together teachers and talented students along with mentors from leading edge industries to learn about problem based instruction in biotechnology and the global environment. Nita was a member of the team that designed the three-week summer program to provide enrichment opportunities to interested students. Nita is a former fellow of the Ontario Centre of Excellence Photonics Research Ontario Laser Facility, developing technology, curriculum, and demonstrations for high school students.

Jaime has extensive experience in the design and construction of engineering projects in a wide range of industries. His previous experience includes projects for the pulp & paper, forestry, oil & gas, chemicals, aerospace and steel industries.
Jaime previously conducted research projects pertaining to the hydrodynamic effects o the rotor in a pulp pressure screen for inclusion in his MASc thesis. Subsequently, Jaime has designed and implemented various projects as the Mechanical Lead and/or Project Manager with increasing level of complexity and responsibility.
Jaime holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and Management from ITESM in Mexico, and M.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia (UBC). Jaime also holds an MBA from the Sauder School of Business at UBC. Jaime is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario.

Paul has held senior positions throughout the high technology industry, including Manager HW/SW Design Group at Luxell Technologies, Research Lead, EXFO, Design Engineer L3 Communications (formerly Northrop Grumman), Hardware Design Engineer, Litton Systems, and Manager of Medical Electronics Systems, Steri Systems Ltd. Paul's experience spans the entire spectrum of electronics and software design, with particular emphasis on embedded systems, FPGA design, LED applications, and communication control systems. Paul has designed systems for use in military vehicles, including "head's up displays" for F-16 fighter planes, in addition to a variety of related system electronics.

Chris monitors legislative developments in the areas of carbon trading, taxation and alternative fuels across North America and report their potential impact to all Pond Biofuels stakeholders. In addition, he will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the progress of the Company’s competitors. Chris will also take on the responsibility for public relations on behalf of the Company. He has provided investor relations services to several public companies and is a graduate of McMaster University.

Susie has over twenty years of experience in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industry holding positions in analytical, research and pharmaceutical product development. She has experience in the development of quality systems in GMP/ISO environment with emphasis on compliance. In addition, Susie practices as an Industry Consultant specializing in areas of Regulatory, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Method Development, Validation, Process/Product Development.
Susie delivered an number of projects involving new process implementation in manufacturing focusing on product introduction, technology transfer, and process validation.
Susie has a B.Sc. in Chemistry from York University.

A former Quality Assurance Supervisor in the automotive industry, Tony is experienced with complex metal stampings, robotic MIG, arc and stamp weldings, metallurgical testing, calibration, destructive testing, etc.
Tony is a graduate of the Mechanical Engineering Technology Program at Sheridan College.

Emidio was a production manager for Magna's Decoma division, overseeing all aspects of automotive parts production, supplying many high volume platforms from GM, Ford and Chrysler. Emidio is a Professional Engineer, and graduate of Ryerson University's mechanical Engineering program.

Ray is a CGA with 20 plus years experience in private practice, and provides leadership on all accounting and contract issues at Pond Biofuels. Ray is also Secretary to the Board of Directors.

Sandra has 10 year experience leading administrative teams, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and government reporting. Sandra Manages all of Pond's internal processes, and assists in monitoring laboratory activities and data collection.
